The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) announced today that the Denver Parade of Homes will return with “Your Personalized Parade” Thursday, Sept. 10 and run through Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020. This year attendees can tour the largest showcase of the latest in architecture and home design along the Front Range when, where, and how they want. The Parade is introducing virtual home tours online as well as offering opportunities to schedule an appointment for in-person tours at ParadeofHomesDenver.com.
“Being mindful of our current public health situation, we wanted to provide an alternative to the traditional open house, for anyone unable or uncomfortable touring homes in-person,” stated Chérie Talbert, chief executive officer of the HBA. “New this year, we are incorporating virtual tours. We’re excited for people to have an opportunity to explore our Parade homes online or set their own personal appointments to tour homes in-person.”
The Parade is Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour featuring the best showcase of new homes and communities throughout Metro Denver from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora has been an annual tradition hosted by the HBA since the 1950s. Online and in-person, Parade-goers will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this free event that is open to the public.
This year’s participating Parade homes, all featuring virtual tours, will be revealed online on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020. In-person tours of Parade homes can be scheduled during the Parade on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.
The full slate of participating home builders and communities, plus home details, will be announced shortly.
