The longstanding home showcase summer tradition hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns August 6 – 23 for the 2026 Denver Parade of Homes.
This year, tour the largest showcase of the latest in architecture and home design along the Front Range when, where, and how you want.
Online and in-person, you will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this event that opens August 6th.

Digital Ticketing
You can buy your ticket on our Denver Parade of Homes app or here on our website through August 23rd. Tickets are $12 each (Kids 13 and under free). Save $2 per ticket before opening day!
After you purchase your ticket, it lives right in your email or the app; just show the QR code at any home, and they will scan it for entry. If you'd rather print it out, that's fine too. Save it to your photos or print the email instead. Each time your ticket is scanned, you will be entered to win a $3,000 shopping spree!
Tour Online or In-Person
Tour the largest showcase of the latest in new homes in Denver when and where you want. These homes are open to view in-person during our event hours. They will also be available to tour virtually once our event starts right here on our website and Denver Parade of Homes app!
Voting for 2026 People's Choice Home
Which homes from the 2026 Denver Parade of Homes were your favorites? You can vote on our app or website during our Parade! You will need to have your ticket scanned at a minimum of 1 home and voting will remain open for 7 days after our in-person event ends. You will only be allowed to vote on a home you visited.
