Denver’s Home Showcase Tradition Will Return on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023 and
Run Through Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) and The Aurora Highlands today announced that The Aurora Highlands will be the presenting sponsor of the 2023 Denver Parade of Homes. Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour, showcasing new homes and communities throughout Metro Denver, has been an annual tradition hosted by the HBA since the 1950s. The event returns with in-person and virtual home tours Thursday, Aug. 10 through Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023.
The Aurora Highlands is a 4,000-acre master planned located between the mountains and the plains, expanding the metro area to the east near DIA. The community and five of its seven builders; including Bridgewater Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Tri Pointe Homes; will be showcased during the 2023 Parade of Homes.

The 2023 Parade of Homes will be held from Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023 to Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023. During this time, guests can enjoy virtual home tours on-demand at paradeofhomesdenver.com or tour homes in-person Thursdays through Sundays throughout the Parade between noon and 5 p.m. This event is free, self-guided, and open to the public.
