New for 2026, the Designer Challenge invites you to tour two identical Koelbel townhomes reimagined with two distinct design visions, compare them side by side, and vote to crown the winning look.

A Head-to-Head Design Showdown

The Designer Challenge pits two bold design concepts against each other in a head-to-head showdown. Two Koelbel townhomes, identical in footprint, are transformed with distinct visions, each with its own personality, palette, and point of view. Tour both homes, compare the two concepts side by side, and cast your vote to crown the winning design.

Both homes showcase the latest in home furnishings and design, styled top to bottom by one of Denver's leading design talents. A portion of Parade proceeds benefits the Home Builders Foundation.

Two Visions, One Designer: Chelley Ganong of Divine Staging

Both Designer Challenge homes come to life through Chelley Ganong, owner and lead designer of Divine Staging, a Denver-based home staging and interior design company. For the challenge, Chelley created two complete and competing looks, one for each townhome, and it is up to Parade-goers to decide which one wins.

Chelley believes exceptional design is about more than creating beautiful spaces; it is about creating an emotional connection. Her work blends timeless design principles with a fresh, curated aesthetic, resulting in homes that feel elevated, inviting, and effortlessly livable. Known for her strategic eye and meticulous attention to detail, she thoughtfully layers color, texture, furnishings, and lighting to create spaces that tell a story.

Divine Staging specializes in vacant and occupied home staging, interior design, short-term rental design, and color consultations, partnering with homeowners, builders, real estate professionals, and investors to maximize each property's potential.
