Mountain Living, Open for Touring
New for 2026, Parade in the Peaks gathers the Parade's mountain lineup under one banner in the heart of Grand County. Six newly built homes in Winter Park and Fraser show how Colorado builders are approaching life in the high country, from alpine architecture and mountain-modern finishes to indoor-outdoor spaces designed for all four seasons.
The mountain homes range from about $1.2 million to $6 million, topped by a custom home in Old Town Winter Park that is the highest-priced home on this year's entire Parade. Five of the Parade's eight luxury Dream Homes, each priced at $1.4 million or more, are here in Grand County. If you want to see the top of Colorado's new home market, this is where the tour peaks.
Six Homes, Four Builders, One Mountain Town
The Parade in the Peaks lineup spans the range of high-country living, from mountain townhomes to a landmark custom build. Koelbel & Company, one of Colorado's most trusted builders, brings three of the six homes to the tour. Every home is newly built, fully styled, and open for self-guided tours, and each one showcases the materials, layouts, and views that define new construction in one of Colorado's most sought-after mountain destinations.
The showstopper: a $6 million custom home in Old Town Winter Park, the priciest home on the entire 2026 Parade.

Admission: Parade in the Peaks is included with Parade of Homes admission. Tickets are $12, and kids 13 and under are free. A portion of every ticket supports the Home Builders Foundation.

Parade in the Peaks is built for a day trip or a weekend.
