Here’s how you could win $3,000 to spend however you want
Your Parade ticket does more than get you through the door. Every time you visit a Parade home and scan your ticket, you’re entered to win a $3,000 gift card. Spend it like cash wherever you already shop. New furniture for the home you’re dreaming up, a trip you’ve been meaning to book, or a shopping day that’s all yours. It’s your call.
And the math is friendly: every home you scan at is another entry. Scan at two homes, you’re in twice. Scan at ten, you’re in ten times.
How to enter
- Grab your ticket. One ticket gets you into every Parade home, all three weekends.
- Visit the homes. Tour as many as you’d like during event hours, and revisit your favorites.
- Scan at each stop. Have your electronic ticket ready so it can be scanned at the home. Every scan is another entry.
- Watch for the winner. We’ll announce the winner after the Parade wraps on August 23.

$3,000 Shopping Spree Giveaway – Official Rules
We want this to be fun and fair, so here’s exactly how the giveaway works. Please give it a read before you enter.
1. The basics
The $3,000 Shopping Spree Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, 9033 E. Easter Place, Suite 200, Centennial, CO 80112 (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway runs from 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 6, 2026 through 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 23, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
2. Who can enter
You’re eligible if you’re a legal U.S. resident, you live in Colorado, and you’re 18 or older when you enter. Employees of the Sponsor and the participating Parade builders, plus their immediate families and the people they live with, aren’t eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to enter
There are two ways to earn entries, and one isn’t better than the other for your odds.
Enter while you tour: Visit participating Parade homes during event hours and have your electronic ticket scanned at each one. Each qualifying scan counts as one entry, up to a maximum of 40 entries per person. The more homes you scan at, the more entries you earn, until you reach 40.

One winner will be selected at random after the Parade ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. The prize
One winner receives a $3,000 gift card that spends like cash at the places you already shop. Total prize value is $3,000. The prize can’t be traded for cash and can’t be swapped, though the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if it needs to. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
5. How we pick the winner
After the Giveaway ends, we’ll draw one winner at random from all eligible entries on or around September 1, 2026. Your odds depend on the total number of entries received, and every entry you earn improves your chances.
6. Reaching the winner
We’ll contact the winner by phone or email within 5 days of the drawing, using the details tied to the entry. If we can’t reach the winner within 5 days, or the prize comes back undeliverable, we may draw a new winner. The winner may be asked to sign a short confirmation and release before receiving the prize.
7. A few other things
By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters. If you win, you’re okay with the Sponsor sharing your first name and city to announce the winner, unless the law says otherwise. The Sponsor isn’t responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues outside its control. The Sponsor may pause, change, or end the Giveaway if something beyond its control gets in the way, consistent with applicable law.
