Please note: Because Arrowpoint Estates is a newer community, GPS and mapping apps don't always route accurately. Your best landmark is the Conoco gas station at the intersection of Highway 83 and Highway 86 in Franktown — our gated entrance is on Highway 83 (Parker Road), just south of that intersection.

Take I-25 South to Exit 184 (Founders Parkway). Follow Founders Parkway east about 4.5 miles to Highway 86, then continue east on CO-86 about 4.7 miles into Franktown. At the Highway 83/86 intersection (Conoco on the corner), turn right onto CO-83 South. The gated entrance to Arrowpoint Estates is a short distance ahead on your left. Once inside the gates,follow the entrance road to the stop sign and turn right. Continue to 1555 Arrowpoint Court — the home will be marked with Parade of Homes signage.
