The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) today announces the winners of the 2024 People’s Choice Awards for the Denver Parade of Homes. The 2024 event showcased 79 newly designed model and custom homes by 27 area residential builders and one spotlight community located in neighborhoods throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Home prices ranged from $205,000 to $2,229,000.
“We’re delighted to announce the winners of the 5th annual People’s Choice Awards for this year’s Denver Parade of Homes,” stated Connie Dahl, vice member of member services at the HBA. “These awards highlight the best of the best and showcase the incredible craftsmanship and innovation of our local builders and designers, as chosen by the people who experienced their work firsthand touring this year’s Parade homes.”
For the 2024 People’s Choice Awards, Parade homes were separated into categories by price. Homes that received the most votes for their price point have been named best overall home. People who participated in the Parade virtually and in-person were able to vote on their favorite homes during the Parade, which was held from August 8 through 25, 2024.
