Winners of the 2025 Peoples Choice Awards

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) today announced the winners of the 2025 People’s Choice Awards for the Denver Parade of Homes Presented by Keas Concrete Coatings. The 2025 event showcased 67 newly designed model and custom homes by 21 area residential builders, and one spotlight community located in neighborhoods throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Home prices ranged from $448,990 to $2,650,000.
 
“Announcing the People’s Choice Award winners is a highlight of the Denver Parade of Homes each year,” stated Connie Dahl, head of the Parade of Homes committee and vice president of member services at the HBA. “These awards celebrate the outstanding creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation of our local builders and designers, as chosen directly by the people who toured and experienced this year’s Parade homes.”
 
For the 2025 People’s Choice Awards, Parade homes were separated into categories by price. Homes that received the most votes for their price point have been named the best overall home. People who participated in the Parade virtually and in-person were able to vote on their favorite homes during the Parade, which was held from August 7 through 24, 2025.

Homes priced from $500,001 – $700,000
Boulder Creek Neighborhoods – 1769 Peak Loop, Broomfield

 

Homes priced from $700,001 – $900,000
Bridgewater Homes – 3662 North Buchanan Court, Aurora

 

Homes priced from $900,001 – $1,299,999
Markel Homes – 5596 Grandville Avenue, Longmont

 

Dream Homes priced from $1,300,000 and above
Markel Homes – 2102 Star Hill Street, Longmont
