The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) today announced the winners of the 2026 People's Choice Awards for the Denver Parade of Homes. The 2026 event showcased 64 newly designed model and custom homes by 27 area residential builders and developers, located in neighborhoods from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora, plus the mountain communities of Winter Park and Fraser.
“What sets the People's Choice Awards apart is that they come straight from the people who toured these homes,” stated Connie Dahl, head of the Parade of Homes committee and vice president of member services at the HBA. “This year's Parade stretched from the Front Range to the high country and from attainable new construction to custom Dream Homes, and Parade-goers found something worth voting for at every price point. Congratulations to the builders and designers who earned this recognition.”
For the 2026 People's Choice Awards, Parade-goers voted for their favorite homes across four categories, spanning price points, the new Parade in the Peaks mountain program, and the all-new Designer Challenge. The homes that received the most votes in each category were named the winners. People who toured the Parade in person and online cast their votes throughout the event on the brand-new Parade of Homes mobile app and at ParadeOfHomesDenver.com. The Parade ran August 6 through 23, 2026.
